The funniest restaurant review I ever read was of a pizza place in West Belfast called Goodfellas. The back story is that they had had a bad review in the Irish press, and sued.

I can't recommend any decent restaurants, but they're likely to be in the centre, or to the south of the centre, in the Botanic/​University district.

Depends what you're after really? A couple of good city-centre boozers are the Duke of York (in an alleyway near the Cathedral) and The Crown on Great Victoria Street. Lord Borthbury
