I think Simon Haggis already recommended the infamous Music House down Holloway Rd, but if you're in a hurry you might get stuck there a couple of hours as it's first-come-first-served and as you can imagine Saturdays can be a nightmare in there. regulars will also get served first. you might wanna try Transition Studios, which although it's deep in south London (Forest Hill), you can at least book an appointment (which'll be kept), and the cutting engineer spends time EQing everything just how you want.
