nanis off oxford st do a decent salad box of mainly cooked ingredients
for £3.50 where you can choose what ingredients you want, or a freshly

plant on poland street do a selection of sandwhiches (inc non wheat),
salads and cooked food for reasonalbe money.

beetroot on berwick st do a 1/2 decent sized box for about £3.60 where
you can choose between brown rice, vegan cottage pie, stir fries,
curried stuff, fallafels, loads of salads etc

fresh and wild do a meal deal of brown rice, dhal or veg curry with
salad or brocolli for about £3.50 or choose your own salad boxes where
the large is about £3.80. today i had smoked tofu, kidney beans with
leaks, tamari, mustard, red cabbage, pasta, tabule thingy and other bits
and bobs i can't remember. they also have lots of prepared meals and
salads for less than £4

govinda's on soho st do a sizeable set meal for a fiver - brown rice,
dhal, some sort of veg curry, some sort of pulse curry, popadom,
wholemeal bread roll, water, lettuce, dressing

tai on greek st do a take away box for £3 or sit in buffet for a fiver,
spicy vegan oriental food and salads
