Dave Parkin:
Sennheiser HD-200s are recommended - only 50 quid and sound great for home listening as well as DJ (ab)use. Fit firmly on your head but are pretty light so they don't clamp your head like a vice like those Sony's do.

Dub:
I reckon the sennheiser HD-25s are the dogs - they cost quite a lot but they are made for dj'ing - although it's a shame the pads keep coming off.

Gonnie:
I like my Sony headphones - Sony dynamic stereo headphones (dynamic in ways to wear and nice sound!), MDR-V700. Were provided to me by DJ magazine, due to having a winning letter printed. The promotion worked - I like them. Nice sound, can fold them around your head whichever way you like and fold up compactly into a little tidy bag. Neat.
