What is UK-Dance?

UK-Dance is a community based around dance music culture in the United Kingdom. It operates through a web site with discussions also carried on an e-mail mailing list. We cover clubs, parties, gigs, record shops, radio, records and everything else to do with the dance music scene. ("The Community Charter")

What kinds of music does UK-Dance cover?

All kinds of music that are currently played in the UK's clubs. UK-Dance aims to cover the whole scene so it can follow dance music as it evolves rather than being stuck in specific pigeonholes. In the past people on UK-Dance have generally talked most about underground house, techno, garage, drum 'n' bass and downtempo styles but all genres are welcome and there are fans of most kinds of dance music on the list, even trance.

Who do I contact if things go wrong or I don't understand something?

If you have any problems then you can write to the UK-Dance administrator, Stephen Hebditch, at (Address removed). The same address should be used if you have any suggestions of other questions that should be answered in the help section.
