VTT used to have a pretty good free version, but I don't think it's been
updated for a while http://www.carrotinnovations.com
Never used Tactile 12000, but it's supposed to be OK, and it's free -

Similarly, have heard good things about mixmeister, but never used it,
and it's not free - http://www.mixmeister.com/products.htm
There's loads more out there, as a quick google will show, or have a
look on www.sharewaremusicmachine.com which will provide a list of alternatives...
