U96? Maybe.
ahhaha the legendary popham rave... literally 3 miles from our house... some say 40,000 people turned up .. think the licence was for around 18,000 kinda thing... swamped with punters.... pissed down with rain... ravers cars abandoned on the a303... basingstoke council still have the fear if anyone mentions the rave word.
... hahaha :)

Good god, these videos bring back some wicked memories!
That first Universe one was just off the M4, a great night indeed. Those guys really made the effort.
The Popham rave was a also a great night but I remember it for all the wrong reasons. There was a batch of pills going round at the time, really strong and I suspect they were MDA. I bought 3 off someone early on and was stupid enough to take the second of those in the early hours and got totally ripped off my box. Technodad found me later and had to drive me home and put me to bed. I was tripping off it all the next day, wavy carpets and all that stuff, totally paranoid and flushed the 3rd pill down the loo. Mad and bad. On the TV next day they said someone there had been found dead near the A303. I wasn't surprised.
