its probably the best veggie restaurant I have ever been to in the UK... for a Veggie place it's not cheap but you know what you're paying for once the food arrives.. cracking service (really!) and a lovely atmosphere. Must go back soon... not been since I gave up the ways of the veg and picked up the meat again ;0)

Manic Organic is quite nice though not Vegan, pricey but quality food. The Warehouse Cafe in the centre is overpriced and again not strictly vegan.
Jyoti restaurant in Sparkhill is veggie with a decent range of vegan south Asian dishes, very nice :-).
As for strictly vegan I can't believe we don't have one in Brum but it seems we don't. The missus says try Cafe Soya in the city centre.

Not been to Bristol for a couple of years but there are plenty of independent clothes shops on Queens Rd for blokes.
Good stuff as opposed to Mr Bi-Rite etc.

back safe and sound after working on a five week tour of europe that took in some amazing gigs in some amazing places. here's a video (a 6 or 7 camera shoot) from the frauenfeld open air festival in switzerland... it was captured from the led screens at the sides of the stage with clear audio... and it was the last show of the tour.
