My favourite album of the year. Nuff said ;)

This album's a lot more accessible than previous ones, I reckon, with Rise Above probably being second. The Getty Address is pretty out there.

If you like Dirty Projectors, you might wanna give new girl Tune-Yards a try. Similar stuff, but she's solo (see my post ^up there^).

Oh, and it's not in my list above cos it actually came out last year, but Samandtheplants 'The Eft' is frickin' amazing in a lo-fi\electronic\folk\weird\pop kinda way. There's a slab of (short) tracks from the album on my October radio show (http://thesvelteone.wordpress.com/2009/10/21/tss091021/).
