Dave A – Logic on PC (just what I'm used to)
Eh? Hows that possible Dave? didnt think Logic for PC existed... well not for a long time anyway
5.5, innit :)
To be honest, the constant updating drives me mental. I'd still be on Cubase v2 on the Atari, but swapped to Logic on PC because I was trying to work with another guy via email that was using it.
I do love being able to record audio, and the automation on Logic does kick arse, but I do find it a bit brain-heavy to drive.
I mean, I used probably 20% of the power of Cubase 2 on the ST, and I'm using probably about 4% of the features of Logic 5.5 on the PC. Why in the name of fook I'd need *more* features is beyond me - more features, less intuitive, less music getting done. That's one of the reasons I'm genuinely interested in how this will pan out...
cheers,
dave
