Agreed. I've watched this place over the years and he's been a cancer
eating away at the very soul of the place. The odd thing is – as a human
being – he's actually a cool guy, onine someone else takes over.tg
i don't agree with this at all. in every walk of life you will come up
against people whos views and behaviour you disagree with. i'm not
surprised at you stepping forward john, as far as i'm concerned you and
several others in a particular UKD clique can't stand any disagreement
whatsoever and have probably been waiting for a chance to kick the guy
when he's down.
Views yes, behavior no. It shouldn't be tolerated, simple as.
I'm not kicking him when he's down and I'm well aware he'll be reading what's been written. I think his behavior has been poor at times, to say the least. A break might actually help both him and us. Do you disagree that he's been responsible for good contributors leaving ukd?
Whenever I meet an talk with someone who's been on ukd for a while it soon becomes clear that it's a big part of their life, it has been for me over the years although less so recently. Simon gave me the impression that it is for him too. It's right that we try and protect that for those that are here and maybe the lurking ex-contributors who I hope will return. This place has been fucking great at times.
Who knows what might happen, after all Giles has come back from exile and in my view has been excellent.
Simon that it is for him too.
