I have a question about the terms of service.

"Also, do not try to sue us, because you are responsible for what you post, for what you allow others to post"

First, I don't allow others to post, the service does. But if you mean to say that I'm responsible for what other people post, how does that work? If someone posts a racist rant, are you saying that's my responsibilty or the collective responsibilty of the group?
